Funcom stole well over 100 Euros from my account in 2008. I noticed that quite recently on the bank statement for last year, so contacted them. I suggested that it would be ok if I have that amount as a credit for coming six months, but they answered I could have one! They have come up with unbelievable excuses like “it was so many days ago we started to charge you wrongly” so it’s too late(!) to get any money back now! Funcom has lied and scammed gamers from the very beginning and should be prosecuted. But it’s for me as for all other fooled gamers out there, we just can’t afford it. Stay away from them and do NOT give them your credit card no! WARNING!
